My wife is running in the Wine & Dine Half Marathon in November. In years past, we received the opportunity to purchase discounted park tickets. We have not received anything this year. Do they no longer offer these discounts to race participants?

    Hi Jim!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Congratulations to your wife for taking on the challenge of the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon! That's awesome that she'll have you chEARing her on at the finish line.

While discounted tickets were offered back in the day for runDisney, I haven't seen this happen in recent years. Most recently I have found discounted tickets for races at Disneyland Resort, but I'm not aware of any for Walt Disney World Resort races in the past two years or so. The only option for potentially discounted park tickets was if the runner received their bib through a Travel Provider that requires a minimum number of theme park tickets and nights at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. If so, please contact them to see what options they have for you!

Since Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend is quickly approaching, I'd certainly recommend purchasing your tickets soon so you can reserve your FastPass+ for your stay! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
