    Hello! My wife and I had a reservation for this Saturday, October 2nd, but we are both sick with COVID symptoms and decided to cancel our reservation. Will we be able to get refunded for this? Thank you.

    Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for taking the time to visit us with your question. I’m sorry to hear that your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth had to be canceled due to COVID symptoms. Canceling your theme park reservations does not trigger a refund because theme park tickets are non-refundable. Please rest assured that your theme park tickets are still valid for a future visit. 

    When you’re feeling well and ready to visit the Disneyland Resort, you can conveniently make new park reservations on your Disneyland mobile app or Disneyland.com by logging into your Disney account. Once you’ve successfully made your reservations, you’ll receive a confirmation email with new QR codes for your visit.
