Hi Joanne!
Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney. How exciting that you and your wife have a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth in just a few short days! With your theme park tickets ready to go, it's always a good idea to double-check important details - like theme park reservations! - so you can step right into the magic with just a smile and a song...and no worries.
Let's jump right in, as I'm sure you're eager to put the finishing touches on your planning. If you purchased your
theme park tickets on the Disneyland website, you most likely secured your
theme park reservation when you selected a date. I know it can be a bit confusing as the reservation does not appear on your ticket within the
Disneyland app, but I'm happy to guide you to where you can find it. Open up the app and log in with the same account information used to purchase the tickets. When you are close to your park day, you will see current theme park reservations under "Upcoming Plans" on the home screen, just under the section for "Premier Pass". You can also tap the three-line icon in the bottom navigation bar and scroll down to "Future Plans". This is where you will see any current theme park reservations attached to the tickets in your account. I'm hoping we've resolved this for you and you can sit back and soak in the pixie dust.
If you don't see theme park reservations, not to worry. Let's walk through how to make them. Back in the app, tap the "+" in the bottom navigation bar and select "Make a Park Reservation" followed by "Make or Modify Park Reservations". Once you land on the "My Theme Park Reservations" page, tap the "Book Theme Park Reservation" button, select your tickets and date, and follow the instructions until it is confirmed.
Joanne, I hope you are still with me! I promise it is very intuitive once you are in the app. As you get excited for your visit, I highly recommend spending some time in the app so you know what information and actions are available to you and where to find them. Right from your pocket, you can book
Lightning Lanes, make
dining reservations, join dining
walk-up lists for last-minute plans, and even
Mobile Order quick service meals and snacks. My favorite move is to order Mickey Beignets from the
Mint Julep Bar just as I'm boarding
Haunted Mansion Holiday. They are usually ready right as I'm exiting the ride and make for the perfect treat to digest your happily haunted experience!
If you have any more questions, we are always here for you at planDisney!
Magic awaits!
