My wife purchased memory maker for our trip, but under my account it shows watermarks over pictures.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Adam! Thank you for bringing us your question about Memory Maker! I'm sure you are super excited and cannot wait to be able to download and share all of your photos and video captured by Disney's PhotoPass Photographers!

When your wife purchased Memory Maker, it was linked to her My Disney Experience account, so she should be the one in charge of downloading all of your media. To remove the watermark from your photos, she will need to activate Memory Maker from her account if she hasn't done so. To do so, tell your wife to go to the Photos section, choose a photo and tap on it. When she taps again, she should see a button that asks her to activate the purchased Memory Maker. The watermarks will disappear once activation is completed. If you encounter any difficulty and would like more specific assistance, remember you can always contact the Disney PhotoPass team at (407) 560-4300.

Adam, remember that you and your wife will be able to download your Memory Maker photos as soon as they are available in your Disney account as many times as you like until they expire, currently, 45 days after the date the photo was taken.
I hope this helps. Remember you can always reach out with more questions about your Walt Disney World vacation; we love to help out!

    See ya real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
