    My wife purchased the Memory Maker package so she can see her pictures without the water mark and download them. However, there are several ride photos that only show up in my Photopass and not hers. How do we get them the sync so she can download them?

    I hope you had a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation full of new experiences, moments of awe and wonder, and shared laughs. My family's shared laughs often come after comparing faces on attraction ride photos. This is part of why Memory Maker is my favorite souvenEAR. Selfies are great, but Magic Shots are next level. Let's get all of your Disney PhotoPass photos in one place for downloading!

    There's a change you need to make in your My Disney Experience account in order for your wife to be able to download the Disney PhotoPass photos linked to your account, Scotty. Start by making sure you and your wife are connected as Family and Friends in My Disney Experience. Next, in your My Disney Experience account, click "Update" next to your wife's name as it appears on your Family and Friends list. In the "Choose which plans [wife's name] can see" section, check the "My Disney PhotoPass Photos" box. Your wife may need to restart her My Disney Experience mobile app or fresh the webpage, but with that change, all Disney PhotoPass photos linked to your account should automagically appear and be available for download on her account.
