How can my wife see our plans on her Disney app? I have linked everything and invited her.

    Hiya Jeffrey!

Thank you so much for sending us your question, and welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! I love that you and your wife are planning your next visit together, and I am so excited for you to make magical memories together. There's no better place to spend time with your loved ones than at the Walt Disney World Resort, and especially during The World's Most Magical Celebration!

Now let's talk about My Disney Experience and how to make sure everyone has access to your itinerary! Jeffrey, you are already a Disney pro! The first step would be to send your wife an invitation to connect to your My Disney Experience account. As a reminder, simply log into your My Disney Experience account and click on "My Family & Friends" on the website, or on "My Profile," and then "Family & Friends List" if you are using the mobile app. Then, click on "Add a Guest" and enter the person's information, making sure that you enter the email linked to their My Disney Experience account. Once they have accepted your request, they should appear in your Family & Friends List, but you might also need to refresh your page or mobile app if they do not appear at first. Now, to make sure that she can see all plans you make, go back to your Family & Friends List by using the same steps listed above, and click on "Update" next to their name. Then, you can click on "All My Plans" if you would like her to see all the plans you make, or on "Only Our Shared Plans" if you would like her only to see the plans you both have. If you have any issues with these steps, don't hesitate to contact a Cast Member via chat, email or phone, and they will be able to help you link up with her account.

If you wanted to make a surprise reservation for you and your wife, Jeffrey, you could select the option "Only Our Share Plans" and not link her profile to the reservation. Indeed, if you were to make a memorable dining reservation, for example, you would not have to link her profile to the reservation and, therefore, she would not be able to see it. With so many amazing restaurants reopening, a special dinner would be the best way to celebrate your Disney vacation!

I hope this was helpful, Jeffrey, and that you can get back to planning your magical vacation together real soon! If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your visit, don't hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to help, and you're as welcome as can be!

    Have a magical day,

    Ariane
