At this time, it is not possible to book a specific bed configuration in certain
room categories at this Resort. This primarily applies to the Resort View, Standard View, and Water View room categories which each offer several configurations for sleeping arrangements. At this Resort, Deluxe Studios, Villas, some Suites, and the Deluxe Room category offer a single configuration and thus you'll know what to expect. These tend to be more expensive options, but if it's critical that only one specific configuration will work for your crew, I suggest looking at these room types.
If you decide to book a room that has multiple configuration options, be sure to accurately report the number of Guests in the room. For example, if you indicate that five adults will be in the room, you wouldn't be placed in a room with a single King bed. You can also make a request for a specific room configuration, but know that while Cast Members will do their best to honor the request, it is not guaranteed. You can
call and speak to a Cast Member after making your reservation to have your request noted in your account.
Alternatively, sometimes you will be provided the option to make these types of requests when you complete
Online Check-in through your My Disney Experience Mobile App. The types of pre-populated requests vary by Resort and change from time to time, and I haven't stayed at Beach Club recently so I'm not able to speak to whether it is an option currently.
