Hiya, Jeff! Welcome to planDisney!
In my opinion, there is no better place to celebrate a birthday than
The Most Magical Place on Earth! You’re also visiting Walt Disney World Resort at one of my favorite times of year. The weather tends to be beautiful, and EPCOT is especially vibrant with all of its offerings for the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival.
Let’s dive into the heart of your question, Jeff. Your little Princess will be good to go without a ticket as long as she is still two years old. When she turns 3 years old, from that day on, she will require a park ticket, including the day of her birthday if you plan to visit one of the
Water Parks.
With that said, there are some fun ways that you can celebrate the milestone while on property. You can stop by the front counter of your resort, or Guest Relations at any park or Disney Springs, to pick up a complimentary birthday celebration button. She will surely receive many happy birthday wishes all day long while wearing it!
Another great way to celebrate is at one of the character dining experiences. My kids absolutely love Breakfast à la Art with Mickey & Friends at
Topolino’s Terrace at Disney’s Riviera Resort. You’ll get to meet Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and Daisy Duck. And the food here is phenomenal as well!
And no birthday is complete without cake!
The Cake Bake Shop Bakery by Gwendolyn Rogers at Disney’s Boardwalk has decadent cake slices that are definitely shareable!
I hope you have the most magical birthday celebration during your visit, Jeff. And if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your trip, please do not hesitate to come back and see us here at
planDisney!
See you real soon!
