Hi there, Robert! Welcome to
planDisney.
I see that you are planning a trip to the
Most Magical Place On Earth in just about a month's time. I bet you are getting so, so excited! June is such a great time to visit. The weather is sunny and warm - perfect for the pool.
Robert, when you purchase tickets they are kind of on an all-or-nothing basis. If you purchase your tickets as part of a package they all will need to be the same. You can choose to do a 3-day standard theme park ticket that allows you entry into one park per day or you can choose to have a 3-day park hopper pass. Unfortunately, you are not able to mix and match. However, if you aren't buying
Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets as part of a vacation package you could always purchase a 2-day standard theme park ticket and then a separate one-day park hopper ticket in addition. This would give you an itinerary like you are hoping for, however, the cost will be a bit higher. When you buy multiple theme park ticket days, you do get a little bit of a price break on the per-day rate. Purchase that additional park hopper would be at the full price. At that point, I would encourage you to at least price compare what a 3-day park hopper ticket would run you versus what a two-day standard theme park ticket and a one-day park hopper would cost. I'm guessing they'll be pretty close and at that rate, you might as well just upgrade the 3-day standard tickets to park hopper tickets instead.
Park hopping is my favorite way to spend a Disney day, Robert, and I think you will really enjoy it too. I like to visit either Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios or Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park during the day and then enjoy EPCOT during the evening hours. It's a perfect park to sip and snack for dinners! Park hopping hours now start at 2:00 p.m. and last until each park closes in the evenings. To park hop, Robert, you'll still need to make a park pass reservation for the first Walt Disney World Theme Park you plan on visiting each day. Then, after 2:00 p.m. you are able to visit any or all of the other theme parks for the rest of the day.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions about this, or anything else, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help!
Have fun!
Jackie H.
