My wife and I planned to visit Epcot on January 15, 2022. We purchased two tickets, but now we have to cancel our trip to Florida due to Covid. How do we get a refund or credit for a future visit?

    Hiya! Welcome to planDisney, Michael!

Oh, bummer! I am so sorry to hear that your Walt Disney World Resort vacation will need to be postponed. I can only imagine how disappointing it must be to come so close to your trip and have to change your plans. Rest assured, Michael, we are here to help you adjust your arrangements to be able to visit in the future when you are safely able to do so.

While your Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable, you can absolutely modify the date of your planned visit in the My Disney Experience App. Simply open the menu and select "Tickets and Passes," then click on your ticket and select "Change Ticket." From there, you can choose a new date, and you are all set. Easy enough, right, Michael?

Now, let's say you don't know exactly when you will be able to visit again. Worry not! While your actual tickets will expire, the value of your unused tickets will be valid indefinitely. To use the credit toward a future visit, you will need to speak to one of the wonderful Cast Members on the Ticket Services Team by calling (407) 939-5277. They will be happy to help you apply your credit whenever you are ready.

Michael, there is so much Disney magic to look forward to in 2022, so whenever you can reschedule your vacation is sure to be an incredibly exciting time to visit Walt Disney World Resort. I would recommend considering a springtime visit to attend the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival and enjoy all the stunning topiary and floral displays as you dine on the delicious culinary creations from one of the festival's many Outdoor Kitchens. No matter what, there really is no wrong time to visit Walt Disney World this year, especially with all that The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration has to offer!

I do hope this answer has been helpful to you! Please stop by again real soon if you have any other questions!

    Have a magical day!
