    My wife has had the navigator app on her android phone for over a year. When she went to login it told her that the app was not compatible with her device. What do we do

    Welcome to planDisney Rich!  The Disney Cruise Line Navigator app is your map to all daily activities, your rotational dining schedule, and the chat feature to communicate with your wife while on board the ship so I understand why you want to get the app working.

    My first suggestion would be to make sure she has the most updated app version on her phone.  If she does and she still cannot log in, my next suggestion would be to uninstall and then reinstall the app.  I have had to do this before, and it helped so I hope it is the key to get the app back working for her.  If not and your wife is still having issues logging in, the next step would be to contact Disney Cruise Line directly for technical support.
