My wife and myself have annual passes. Theses passes were frozen due to the pandemic. There are 2 months left on the pass so we need to reactivate them as we are coming back to Orlando in may. How do we go about this?

Hello Douglas, and welcome to planDisney!

As the current UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, I'm truly delighted to have the pixie-dusted opportunity of assisting a fellow Guest, who like me, likes to visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort from across the other side of the pond!

Having previously (pre-pandemic) been an Annual Passholder at Walt Disney World Resort, I can totally relate to your wish to un-freeze your passes to the most magical place on earth!  After all, as we continue Returning to a World of Magic at Walt Disney World Resort... the Magic is Calling us once more!

Before your planned arrival this coming May at Walt Disney World Resort, I would suggest reaching out to Cast Members via this handy V.I.PASSHOLDER Support email form.

Or if you prefer, it's always possible to dial the UK freephone number contained within this Walt Disney Travel Company - Contact Us link, and request to be connected to a helpful Cast Member within V.I.PASSHOLDER Support.

Cast Members are always best placed to fully advise on any time remaining on both your, and your lovely wife's Annual Passes, and can discuss any possible ways forward on their potential usage.

Douglas, all that remains is for me to wish you both a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious upcoming May holiday enjoying everything that's on offer in Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
