Greetings, Don!
Thank you so much for submitting your questions to planDisney. I am so excited to hear that you are planning another trip to Walt Disney World. This is a great year to visit. All four theme parks are currently part of
The World's Most Magical Celebration. You will be able to experience the new
Beacons of Magic and sample some of the new
50th Anniversary Celebration Sips and Bites. There has never been a more exciting time at the parks.
Walt Disney World still offers the
Disability Access Service to Guests. This service has some new planning updates that may be different than your last visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth. Eligible Guests can now pre-register for the service 30 days in advance of your visit, and no less than two weeks before arrival. This process was formally only available in person at a Guest Relations location. My family and I use this service for a member of our travel party, and I love this new option because it saves valuable vacation time. You can also select two return windows for experiences during your pre-registration chat. It should also be noted that after registering, you can now reserve return times in the
My Disney Experience Mobile app, rather than heading to each attraction to secure an arrival window. Another great time saver!
Don, to register for this service you can select to do the pre-arrival registration, or if you prefer, the in-person registration at a
Guest Relations location. If you prefer to register before your arrival, just select the "Request a Live Video Chat" option from the
Disability Access Service registration site. You will need a
My Disney Experience account before proceeding with this option.
I hope that your upcoming trip is memorable and magical!
We'll see ya real soon!
Tammy
