My wife will be 7 months pregnant when we arrive in WDW in a few days. Any tips to make it enjoyable for her? Anything Disney offers that we are not aware of that we could take advantage of for her? She is already bummed how many rides she can not do.

    Hi David,

What a thoughtful question! Being pregnant at Walt Disney World can present some unique challenges, but I know you will have a great time!

I recommend checking out the attractions page to make the most of your days enjoying the parks together. One of my favorite attractions is Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros in Epcot's Mexico Pavilion. I love to beat the heat here because the queue is indoors and offers a great reprieve from the hot sun.

This also might be a great time to experience a dinner show like the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue or Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show, which would provide a delicious meal and quality entertainment.

Finally, there are some wonderful spa services right at the Walt Disney World Resort! You could treat her to a day of pampering at Senses - A Disney Spa at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort or a pedicure at Ship Shape Massage Salon Fitness located in Disney's Yacht Club Resort. I've had a pedicure here on a couple of occasions and let me tell you, it was heaven after so much walking around. If you are a Disney Visa Cardholder and pay with your Disney Visa, you'll get a discount!

Wishing you a magical trip. Congratulations!
