My wife & I mistakenly & separately purchased 2 sets of 5 Disneyland Tickets (ten total) for our family last night. These were purchased for the same trip on Oct 7th. Need your assistance with cancelling one of the sets. Thank you.

    Hi TJ, welcome to planDisney!

I'm so sorry for that hiccup! While I personally would take that as an excuse to visit the Disneyland Resort twice, I completely understand that it's a big cost. But luckily theme park tickets have a far-off expiration date! If you bought your tickets through the Disneyland Resort website, one-day tickets are valid through December 30, 2023, and multi-day tickets must be used within 13 days of first use or by January 12, 2024, whichever occurs first.

Also, if your tickets happen to expire, Disney still has you covered! Per Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket.

Normally, ticket purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable, but I would try calling the Disneyland Resort Ticket Line at 714-781-4636 and see if the amazing Cast Members there can help!
