My wife and I are going in May 2018, my question is do they still offer engraving of tiles along the walkway to Magic Kingdom? I would like to commemorate our trip as we plan to get married there as well with doing something like this! Thx!

Greetings, Anthony, Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’ve walked along those carved brick walkways to Magic Kingdom many times, most recently this summer during our stay at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. I noticed all sorts of celebrations from weddings to anniversaries, familial vacations and more. I wished I could have a brick for my family, too!

Sadly, I hate to inform you that the Leave a Legacy program, which occurred at Epcot, closed a number of years ago, and the “Walk Around the World” program ended around 2000. While there is not currently a way to leave a lasting mark on Walt Disney World Resort, I think you should keep checking back. By subscribing  to the Disney Parks Blog you’ll be on top of any new programs that come about. With all the amazing expansions and changes that are taking place as the 50th anniversary of the resort approaches, there may be opportunities for everything!

Have a magical trip next May, and please return to ask another vacation question. To infinity and beyond! ~ Lindsey P.
