Hello, Richard! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for stopping by with your magical question. As someone who also celebrated with a "Disney-moon," I can't think of a better place to spend your first anniversary and I'm honored to help you plan such a special occasion.
There are so many ways to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation extra romantic and magical I could go on for days, but since there is a limit here I'll just give you a few of my favorites. (If you'd like more suggestions or I can help you any further, please let me know.) From the first moment you arrive at your Walt Disney World Resort, you want the trip to feel extra special and a little help from Disney's Floral & Gifts can really set the mood. Either the
"A Wish Come True" or
"From Mickey and Minnie with Love" in-room celebrations would be perfect for such occasion.
While dining in any of Walt Disney World Resort's Signature Restaurants can be decadent, I find the
specialty cruises a truly intimate and romantic experience. You can venture out for a romantic fireworks viewing or create a custom dining menu for a full evening event depending on your tastes and budget.
Lastly, you'll want to make sure you have
Memory Maker to save all of your Disney PhotoPass memories and stop by the
PhotoPass Studio in Disney Springs for professional portraits included with your Memory Maker entitlement!
Magical Wishes,
Lauren
