MagicBand+ and Smart Phone

    My wife is managing her Disney magic band plus and it disappeared from my app but I still see her ticket under my account. If I book fast passes will she still be in the family group or does she have to do it on her own?

    Hi there, Mike!  You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney!

    It looks like your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just about a week away!  I'm sure you're getting excited to experience all the Disney thrills during your upcoming visit, so let's see if we can get your question answered.

    As long as you can see your wife's My Disney Experience profile in your Family & Friends List, then you should have no trouble purchasing Disney Genie+ service and making Lightning Lane selections for her along with the rest of your family.  To check and see if she is on your Family & Friends List, open your My Disney Experience mobile app and click on the three lines in the bottom-right corner of the screen.  Scroll down and click on "My Profile" then click "Family & Friends List."

    Everyone's MagicBand+ has the ability to access the information from their My Disney Experience account.  So no matter who manages which bands, the MagicBand+ assigned to a particular Guest is connected to everything in that Guest's My Disney Experience profile.  If your wife is on your My Disney Experience Family & Friends List, you can book Lightning Lane selections for her, and she will be able to use her MagicBand+ to enter the Lightning Lane.
