My wife managed my 3 year old’s account. I can’t see my child’s name in the family and friends list. How can I view it so I can purchase tickets and make reservations?

    Hey there, Bob!

I have run into a similar issue in my family, so I am happy to help you out with this frustrating issue!

What I learned is that while adult My Disney Experience accounts can share plans and make reservations for each other through the Family & Friends list, children's accounts can not be shared.

Do not worry, Bob! You can call the friendly Cast Members at (407) 939-4357, and they will be able to transfer your son's profile from your wife's account to yours. Once this is done, you will then have to transfer his profile back to her account so that she can make plans for him.

If you currently do not have any plans, you can create a new account for your son. This way, you will each have full ownership over a single profile. Just make sure that you make all ticket purchases, Disney Park Pass system reservations, and Genie+ selections under the same My Disney Experience account.

Wishing you a magical time, Bob!
