Hi Philip,
Thanks for stopping by planDisney! I’m so happy to hear that you and your wife will be visiting during the spooky season! I’d love to share some tips on how sharing plans works at the Happiest Place on Earth.
If you’ve used the
My Disney Experience app for Walt Disney World, you might be familiar with the Family & Friends list, which allows guests to share plans, dining, and hotel reservations. You can even see everyone in your party, whether or not they have their own My Disney Experience account.
Unfortunately, the Disneyland app doesn’t include a Family & Friends list, so you won’t be able to share reservations in the same way. But not to worry! I’m happy to share some tips to sharing pans between you and your wife.
When you visit the
Disney Genie section of the app, it displays all your current plans (including dining, experiences, and Lightning Lane selections) in one place. Your wife can always send you screenshots of this info, or you might consider logging into her account on your phone so you can easily access everything firsthand.
Since you'll be visiting in October, don’t forget it’s
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort! Be sure to check out the
Foodie Guide for all the fun seasonal snacks and beverages. The planDisney panelists also put together a list of
our Halloween must-tries!
My personal favorite? The pumpkin spice cookies at
Harbor Galley are absolutely delicious! Don’t forget to add the cream cheese dip as well. The line for these tasty treats can get long, so I recommend using the Disneyland app to
mobile order and skip the wait.
I hope this was helpful, Philip! If anything is unclear or you have more questions, feel free to follow up, I’d be happy to help. You can also reach out to any of my fellow planDisney panelists. We’re always here to add a little extra magic to your Disney vacation.
Have a spooktacular visit!
