Hey there, Jason, and welcome back to planDisney! Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting your eTickets printed! I've got a couple of thoughts - hopefully, one of them will help!
First, it sounds like you might have been looking for the "print e-tickets" button in the
Disneyland mobile app? If that's the case, then it sounds like you're looking in the wrong spot. You'll actually want to access this option from a computer.
To find what you need, I've found it easiest to find the confirmation email you would have received when you purchased your ticket (you can search for "Disneyland Confirmation" in your email inbox to find it). From here, you can click the blue button that says "Access Your eTickets" then this is where you'd go to print them if that's your preference. One note on
printing eTickets is that you do need to have Adobe Reader 4.0 or higher installed to view them this way.
However, my preferred way to
use Disneyland Resort eTickets is to link them directly into my Disneyland mobile app. That way, it's one less thing for me to inevitably lose track of during my trip!
To link your tickets, select the menu icon in the bottom right (the three horizontal lines). Next, you'll tap "Tickets and Passes" and then "Link Tickets & Passes" to add each ticket. From here, you can scan your tickets' barcodes, or enter the ticket numbers manually. Then you're all set!
I do hope this was helpful, Jason! However, just in case this still didn't solve your problem, I'd recommend
calling a Cast Member at the Tickets line. They should be able to help you get the information for your tickets that you need.
Thanks again for stopping by, and have a wonderful trip to the Disneyland Resort!
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
