    Hi, my wife has to be on a low-sodium diet because of health concerns, what are her food options at the Disneyland resort?

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for bringing a question our way! 

    The Disneyland Resort is the perfect place to visit when you have specific dietary requirements. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience and tasty food!! When you arrive at a dining location, you are welcome to ask a Cast Member to provide an ingredient list for your review. When dining at a sit-down restaurant, you may ask to speak to a chef prior to ordering. They will discuss the food options that meet your wife’s dietary restrictions. 

    My favorite low sodium snack is DOLE WHIP Soft Serve. Find this tasty treat at Tiki Juice Bar and The Tropical Hideaway in Disneyland Park, at Adorable Snowman Frosted Treats in Disney California Adventure Park and at Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar & Grill at Disneyland Hotel.
