My wife and I would love to plan a trip to WDW in 2018 for a big family special event. There will be at least 5 adults and 2 juniors. Where and how do we go about booking it this far in advance? Yes we do realize the prices will go up between now and then.

Congratulations Corey!  You win the award for the earliest trip planning I have seen this year.  In the grand scheme of things, three years is really not that long, so good for you in wanting to get a head start on your trip for the big family event.  Walt Disney World hotel resort reservations can be made up to 500 days in advance.  That will be approximately, 1 year, 4 months and 15 days prior to your arrival date.  Reservations that far in advance cannot be made via the Walt Disney World website, but can be made via phone by calling, (407) 939-1936. Reservations made at this time will be for room only and cannot include tickets and dining.  You will be quoted pricing for 2017 and your required deposit will be based on those prices and will increase when the 2018 package pricing is announced.  When the 2018 package pricing is available, typically the prior summer, you may then add tickets and dining to your reservation.

If you don't want the hassle of trying to figure out the number of days, package pricing, deposit and discounts, it would be a good idea to enlist the help of an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner.  Their services are free to you, but the guidance they can offer will be priceless.

We'll be here to help you plan that special trip, so please come back and see us.

    Be Magical,
