Typically, you can link tickets with others in your party through the
Disneyland Resort mobile app. To do this, you'll want your wife to open her app and log in with her MyDisney account. Next she will tap the main menu button and select "My Tickets & Passes."
From this screen, tap "Link Tickets & Passes" and then you'll have the option to link your tickets by scanning the barcode or manually entering the ticket ID.
However, if this process still isn't working for you then I would suggest
reaching out to a Cast Member at the Tickets line. They'll be able to see the specific details on your tickets and help walk you through the available options to resolve your issue.
