My wife has an iPad in her purse. What happens when we go on Splash Mountain or a roller coaster? Is there a secure place where you board the ride that you can leave purses?

Hi Jeff!  Thanks for your question - it's a concern that many guests have.  On any of the fast rides, there is usually a net bag in the front of the ride vehicle in which you can store smaller items like hats, sunglasses, small purses, etc.  If we are carrying a back pack, we usually put our foot through one of the straps, and then place it between our legs on the floor of the ride vehicle, and it stays quite secure that way.  For Splash Mountain, there is a risk that your wife's purse may get wet.  If this is a big concern for you, you will want to make sure to tuck it under a jacket or even a plastic bag just to be on the safe side.

All guests are required to bring any bags, purses, or backpacks with them on the rides as there are no storage facilities at the attractions.  However, there are lockers for rent inside the entrance to the theme parks if you wish to keep any personal items secure there.

I hope this helps you, and please write me back if you have any other question I can help you with.  Have a magical day!
