My wife and I are heading for Food and Wine Sept 13-16. While we want to spend alot of time at EPCOT, would you recommend the Halloween party for 2 adults? Or is this the type of thing we should hold off on until the kids can go?

Hello Robert! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

While the Walt Disney World Resort is the greatest vacation destination for children in the world, I would argue that it offers just as much endless Magic for adults.

You and your wife are sure to have a blast at the 2018 Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival. Traveling around World Showcase without the kids offers you the opportunity to experience dining locations that you may otherwise pass by.  I recommend that you look into Advanced Dining Reservations for such upscale dining locations as Le Cellier Steakhouse in the Canada Pavilion or Monsieur Paul in the France Pavilion.

As far as Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is concerned, Magic Kingdom is definitely a place for adults to be kids again and many adults take this opportunity to dress up in their Halloween best to experience trick-or-treating once again.

There is definitely enough to experience at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party to justify a visit for two adults however, I recommend that you save your first experience at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party with your children.

In lieu of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, I recommend that you and your wife should arrange a more adult-centered experience such as the Celebration at the Top - Savor, Sip, and Sparkle at Disney's Contemporary Resort.

    Enjoy the festival!
