Hi there Adrian,
The walk to the Yacht Club through the World Showcase Gateway can certainly be relaxing and quite romantic, and I have to say, the Creme Brûlée at Yachtsman is to die for!
I am not sure where you're staying, but if it were up to me, I would probably leave Teppan Edo and head over to Boulangerie Patisserie, the pastry shoppe tucked away in a quaint corner of the France Pavilion at Epcot. It's only my humble opinion, but I happen to think their Creme Brûlée is among the best on property and they can even package it to go! PLUS, they offer a multitude of tasty European pastries from Napoleans to Profiteroles!
There are several off the beaten path locations within the France Pavilion where the two of you could nosh on Creme Brûlée while enjoying the sights and sounds of World Showcase! Perhaps the timing will be just right to catch
Illuminations on your way out!
Another one of my favorite dessert locales is Beaches and Cream Soda Fountain at the Beach Club Resort! Here you'll find an array of 50s inspired ice cream concoctions including the infamous Kitchen Sink. I always like to grab a table out on the patio overlooking Stormalong Bay, the resort's pool area! The atmosphere is really nice in the evening!
Best Wishes,
Amanda F.
