"Welcome home," Shaun! As a fellow
Disney Vacation Club Member, I love connecting with other Members of this club and am excited to answer this question. My goal has always been to stay at each of the different Disney Vacation Club Resorts and hope I can help guide you to a great vacation.
While we all have some favorites or properties that tug on our heart strings, I love the flexibility to enjoy different accommodations all around the Walt Disney World Resort (
and beyond). That flexibility truly makes each visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth unique!
Shaun, first, know that all of the resorts that you mentioned have great perks. For instance, if you and your wife love dining at Disney Springs,
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is a great choice. My husband and I stayed there last summer and I couldn't believe how convenient it was to just walk over to
Disney Springs. I also loved the peaceful vibe of this property that was a calm contrast to the hustle and bustle of the parks.
However, since you mentioned you'll be visiting
Magic Kingdom Park and
Disney's Hollywood Studios, I would encourage you to consider booking
Disney's Riviera Resort. I had a chance to stay here in December and fell in love immediately! Since you'll find a
Disney Skyliner station at this resort, you can be transported to
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge faster than Han and Chewie can lift off the Millennium Falcon. This property is also home to some great dining options like
Topolino's Terrace- Flavors of the Riviera and my favorite spot for a specialty coffee,
Le Petit Café. From the art on the walls to the luxurious design of the feature pool, this property really does evoke the ambiance of the riviera and is bound to elevate your vacation.
Shaun, wherever you choose to lay your head, I hope that you have a trip full of Magical Moments. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please come back and see us with any other questions you might have,
Lauren
