My wife and I will be on the Dream next Feb we are spending 2 days with rundisney we are confused how the trans works we paid for ground trans when we booked our cruise how does it work from resorts who is our point of contact cruise line or resort thanks

    Ahoy there!
Heading over to Port Canaveral to enjoy a Disney Cruise is the perfect way to relax and unwind after participating in a RunDisney race!  Ground transportation is under Disney Cruise Line so they are your point of contact at (800) 951-3532.  In January, you will receive some magical mail from Disney Cruise Line that will contain your luggage tags and ground transportation information which you will want to bring with you to Orlando.  Since you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort prior to your departure, a letter or voicemail will be delivered to your resort room the day before your cruise with specific pick-up time and location (you can ask at check-in if the schedule is available).  On the morning of departure, luggage is usually picked up around 8:00 AM (you do not need to be present) with Guest pick up around 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.  The drive over to the port is around an hour to an hour and half depending on traffic, and you will enjoy a comfortable ride with Disney Cruise Line entertainment all the way!
I hope my answer gives you a good idea of what to expect!  If I can assist you further, please let me know!
    Have a magical day!
