    My wife and I are going to Disney next summer (June) for our 10 year anniversary. I of ourselves want it to be special. She wants a special dessert made just for us. Any ideas on if/how I can make this special? THANKS

    You have picked the perfect destination to celebrate your anniversary!  My hubby and I celebrate at Walt Disney World every year and try to make it more special each time.  A couple of years ago, I had the Walt Disney World pastry chefs recreate the top of our wedding cake (we had a Disney Fairy Tale Wedding at Epcot) and bring it out to us at dinner.  If you do a quick Google search for "Disney World specialty cakes Disney Food Blog" (just copy and paste that right in), you'll find a fantastic blog post on what kind of cake, filling, frosting, toppers and other delicious details that Disney has to offer its guests.  There's even photos!  The cake hotline is FANTASTIC and will help you create a one of a kind special cake for your anniversary.
