    Hello! My wife and I are Disney fanatics and have been going every year (sometimes more then once) since 1999. I'm retired and my wife will retire next year. My question is: is it still feasible for us to join the DVC or has that ship sailed?

You sound like a great guest to explore Disney Vacation Club membership with your frequent visits to Walt Disney World! Let me offer you some thoughts on considering if Disney Vacation Club membership is right for you.

    I do think that for you, Disney Vacation Club membership is worth exploring. Each family has to decide if this is the right choice for them given all of their life circumstances. I suggest that you start by exploring membership on the Disney Vacation Club website. From this site, you can order a DVD or video about Disney Vacation Club membership and take a look at that as well.

    The next time you are at Walt Disney World, I highly suggest that you take an Open House Tour with Disney Vacation Club. My family did this before we joined Disney Vacation Club, and it was absolutely worth the time. You and your wife can have a customized tour with a vacation guide, who will be able to provide you with information and talk through your unique situation with you. I loved how low-pressure this Open House Tour was. It is a great way to receive individualized help with making this decision.
