    My wife has a Disney experience app with all 4 of us connected. We already have our tickets on her profile as well. Can I make a new Disney experience profile to try and simultaneously book a ILL and genie plus? Will my new profile link to my wifes tix

I'm always happy to help a fellow Michigander plan their next Walt Disney World Resort getaway, so let's chat about how to optimize your family's use of My Disney Experience.

    Frank, it sounds like your family's plans are currently managed by your wife, who has a profile set up in My Disney Experience. If you have an existing MyDisney account, you can use these credentials to sign into the My Disney Experience mobile app. To ensure that your theme park admission is appropriately linked to your MyDisney account, you'll want to connect your existing profile (currently managed by your wife) to your "new' profile in My Disney Experience. (In other words, you'll be merging the two accounts.) If you encounter any difficulty at all, you're always welcome to reach out to the friendly Help Desk Cast Members available via the chat function on the Walt Disney World Resort website or in the My Disney Experience mobile app. Alternatively, you may reach out to the My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ phone line.

    Once you log into the My Disney Experience mobile app using your MyDisney account, confirm that your theme park tickets are visible in your account. (You'll also want to confirm that your theme park reservations are visible, if applicable.) You'll also want to ensure you're linked to the rest of your travel party via your Family & Friends List. Once you've completed these tasks, you should be able to purchase individual Lightning Lane entry and/or Disney Genie+ service, as well as secure virtual queue spots, on behalf of your linked Family & Friends. Keep in mind that Disney Genie+ service can be purchased after 12:00 a.m. on the day of your theme park visit, and you can begin making Lightning Lane entry selections at 7:00 a.m. that day. Additionally, Guests can begin purchasing individual Lightning Lane entries and secure virtual queue positions at 7:00 a.m.
