My wife and I are going to Disney in Aug. and would like to know what dining plan do you get more for your money? Are their dining plans that offer too much food?

    Hi Bill,

Thanks for your question about the Disney Dining Plan! My family uses the Disney Dining Plan frequently during our Disney vacations.  I am a big fan of the program.

My family believes that the basic dining plan (including one table service credit, one quick service credit, and one snack credit per person, per day) is the most flexible and the best value.  The deluxe plan works for many people but it is simply too much food for us, particularly during the summer months when it is very hot outside.  Also, we don't like to spend time having more than one sit-down meal per day.  We'd rather spend time enjoying attractions.  The deluxe plan is great if your focus will be more on dining and it is especially good if you enjoy signature dining at Walt Disney World.

Let me know if you'd like to know more about dining at Walt Disney World.  I'd be delighted to help!

    Best wishes,
    Jill
