Thank you for writing to planDisney, I am grateful to be the lucky Canadian panelist to offer advice today and I also appreciate your great patience. Eric, I am so sorry your precious Grumpy mug is broken, that’s so sad given it was a present from your wife and daughter. In fact, I bought my husband a Grumpy mug years ago. He uses it at work for his coffee to keep him awake, and so he won't be grumpy, and if I remember well, it’s light blue on the inside with a sculptural Grumpy on the outside – I wonder if it’s the same mug?
Eric, other than attempting to find the
Grumpy mug through shopDisney (the selection for Grumpy mugs is on the scant side), my best advice would be to contact
Disneyland Resort – Merchandise Guest Services either by telephone or by email at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com with a full description of the mug and approximately when and which Disneyland Resort store it was purchased from. I wish you all the best with this and really hope that you find the same mug.
