    hello my wife daughter (she is 1 and 1/2) and myself are staying at the Disneyland Hotel. our question is do you offer bay sitters. looking for thew night of Monday sept 23 2019. looking for a sitter for after she goes to sleep so my wife and i can go out

    Hi there, William, and thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m so excited for your Disneyland Resort adventures to begin today! You’re going to make so many special family memories.

    I’m thrilled to report that the Disneyland Resort does offer referrals for a private third-party childcare service. Since these service providers are subject to change, I recommend calling the Disneyland Hotel directly to see what options are available for your Monday date night. Simply call (714) 778-6600, and a Cast Member will be happy to help you locate a babysitting referral. 

    Do you have plans yet for your special date night? If not, I have a few recommendations! One of my favorite date-night spots at the Disneyland Resort is Napa Rose, located inside Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. It’s just a short walk from the Disneyland Hotel, through the Downtown Disney District. The delicious food and romantic ambiance are just perfect for your special evening. You can even ask for seats at the Chef’s Counter for a unique and unforgettable dining experience! I recommend calling (714) 781-DINE (3463) or checking availability online.

    Another fun spot for after-dinner drinks is Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar, located directly above the pools at the Disneyland Hotel. This is one of my favorite spots to sit and relax on a Disney getaway. The topical décor, tiki torches, acoustic duo, and exotic drinks will transport you to paradise! The Piranha Pool is my personal favorite drink!

    You're also going to love exploring the Downtown Disney District together. The shopping, nightlife, and treats will definitely keep you busy. You and your wife may even want to share a CrazyShake from Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes... they truly live up to their name!
