My wife and daughter are planning a trip to MK in September. I will go along, but will be unable to make it with them. Is there a place I can drop them off in the morning and pick them up (by car) in the afternoon, or do I need to pay for the parking?

    Hi there, Giuliano!

Thank you so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question - I'm happy to help!

No worries - you'll have no problem dropping your wife and daughter off at Magic Kingdom Park. There are designated Drop Off and Pick Up areas at each of Walt Disney World Resort's four theme parks: Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom. Cast Members at the park entrances can help direct you to these areas. There's also plenty of signage to help direct guests to the Drop Off areas. When you reach the drive through gates, just let the Cast Member know you'll be dropping off guests, and they can direct you which way to go.

Once your wife and daughter are done enjoying their day in the park, you'll simply need to return to the same area where you dropped them off to pick them up.

I hope this is helpful in planning your Walt Disney World vacation! Have a magical day - Diane W.
