    my wife and daughter are coming feb 12 and we are told nothing on Disney property available for them how is this possible

    Hi Courtney! I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble booking your stay at Walt Disney World Resort. As a Disney Vacation Club member it helps being able to plan your vacations in advance. You have priority booking at your Disney Vacation Club home resort up to 11 months from your check-in date. For all other Disney Vacation Club resorts that are not your home resort you can begin booking your reservation up to 7 months before your check-in date.

    Availability is dependent on the time of year you're traveling and the specific accommodations you're requesting. I did a quick search and there is only partial availability for the week you mentioned. Mid February is quite a busy time at Walt Disney World Resort with the beginning of school breaks and the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend.

    Availability changes very quickly so my best advice is to call Member Services so they can do a comprehensive search for your travel dates. If nothing is available you your other alternative is to try to book through the Disney Collection at Walt Disney World Resort. There is a $95 fee for booking the Disney Collection, but there are many choices...
