My wife and I are coming to Disney in october for MNSSP. We have dining plan and know tip is not included. Do they give you a ticket for the tip and you use your magic bands to charge to your credit card? TKS in advance for your help.

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Fall is a great time to visit Walt Disney World Resort, and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is my absolute favourite Special Event, you are going to love it!

You are correct, gratuity is not included with the Disney Dining Plan, but it is very simple to add at the end of your meal.  When you receive your cheque, there is a suggested gratuity amount at the bottom. There are the suggested amounts for 18 and 20 percent however you may choose to leave whatever amount you feel comfortable with.  Guests have the option to pay by cash, MagicBand or credit card, whatever is most convenient for you.

Please let let us know if you have any other questions, Michael.  We are always happy to help!
