Hello James! Thanks for coming to visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel! First, your wife's support as a civilian working for the military is greatly appreciated! Second, I am always happy to assist a fellow resident of Pennsylvania with their Walt Disney World vacation planning questions! Now, let's see if we can get you the help you need to plan that possible visit to
Shades of Green.
As Shades of Green is designated to serve those who serve our country, the
eligibility requirements to visit this resort are quite strict. Please feel free to review the eligibility requirements that are linked to this answer. Perhaps you will see your wife's role indicated as either meeting or not meeting the eligibility requirements.
James, I did notice on the website that it states that
each Guest may book up to three rooms. This includes the Guest's own room, as well as two additional rooms. One of the nice benefits of staying at Shades of Green is that they offer
complimentary transportation from the resort to the four Disney Parks, two Disney water parks, and the Disney Springs shopping area. Shades of Green also offers Guests a variety of
on-site dining options. There are also several
fun and relaxing activities provided at the resort for children and adults including pools, an arcade, golf, and a spa. Please note that some experiences may currently be limited or unavailable due to Guest safety requirements.
James, I hope this was helpful information as you begin learning more about Shades of Green at Walt Disney World Resort! If for any reason your family is not eligible for a stay at Shades of Green, be sure to check out the amazing
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels! They have accommodations to fit the needs of every family's vacation planning budget!
