Hello my wife and I are celebrating our 10 year anniversary this year with our 3 kids. We have been saving most of these ten years to go to disney this aug. We dont have extra to spend to much is there free things or cheap things we can do special.

    Hello Anthony,

Being in Disney World with your Princess sounds like a wonderful way to spend your anniversary! I know it takes a lot to save up for this trip of a lifetime, so you'll want to count your pennies while your down in Florida. Fortunately there are tons of things you and your wife can do - with or without the kids - to celebrate this milestone!

Have you considered hanging out on the BoardWalk during your vacation? The BoardWalk comes to life at night with street performers and carnival games. Walking hand-in-hand with your wife will make you feel like you're dating again! And if you want to splurge a bit, you two can rent a surrey bike and ride along the pier.

Another thing you might want to check out is the Electrical Water Pageant. Snag a spot along the beach at the Polynesian Resort, perhaps on a hammock, and watch the "parade" float by. The tiki torches along the paths are so romantic!

Or head over to Downtown Disney, share a sundae at Ghirardelli's, then enjoy the many shops in the area.

Hope this helps. And happy 10th anniversary to you and your wife!

My family loves our Main Street in Ohio. But there's simply no comparison to Main Street U.S.A.! We don't get to Disney quite as often as I'd like, but that just means finding new ways to sprinkle Pixie Dust on our adventures! Learn More About Monina
