My wife and I are celebrating our 30th anniversary, her new kidney, and the birth of our 6th grandson. We will be bringing 15 kids, grandkids, and mothers. My question is how do we find out if Main Street is open early so we can do pics and such early?

Wow, Dale! You and your family have quite the list of celebrations going on! And what better place than Walt Disney World to do it up right?! Congratulations on all those milestones and successes!

Your best bet will be to check out the Magic Kingdom calendar page for whichever month you'll be visiting Disney. From there, you can see park hours and which days have Extra Magic Hours in the morning. If one of those days won't work for your trip, you can also book an early Advanced Dining Reservation at Crystal Palace or Cinderella's Royal Table, which will allow you access to the park before it "officially" opens. I've been able to take some wonderful crowd-free pictures in front of the Castle before our Crystal Palace breakfasts over the years.
