    Hello, my wife and I are bringing our 12 yr old granddaughter in June to WDW and we purchased the DDP. I understand that we get a refillable mug with our plan but we are not sure where we go to get them we arrive.

    You are the best grandpa ever taking your granddaughter to Walt Disney World! I bet she is so excited.

    You can pick-up one refillable beverage mug per guest on the Disney Dining Plan at your resort's food court. There will be plenty to choose from, so pick your favorite color (I suggest you each get a different color so you can tell them apart) and take them to the cashier. Your Dining Credits and Mug are all on your MagicBand, so with a quick tap of your MagicBand, you each get your magical mug!  It is yours to use for your length of stay with unlimited beverage refills, then you can take it home as a wonderful souvenir.

    I hope you and your granddaughter have a vacation full of happy memories!
