My wife and I want to bring our 7 and 10 year old down starting Nov. 3 of 2013 to Nov. 9th, 2013. What will the weather be like? Should we get water park passes or just buy them there if a day is nice enough to go to a water park for a day? Thank You

    Hi, Eric!

    What a great question!

The weather in Orlando can be very mild in November, but it can also be chilly. This past year, for example (according to weather.com) temps on Orlando that week in November reached 83 degrees some days, which is certainly warm enough to enjoy a day at a water park. However, it has been much colder some years, too, so I suggest that you see what the forecast is before you decide to purchase additional tickets.

We tend to map out which days on our trips to Walt Disney World would be ideal for water parks, based purely on plans such as Dining reservations, Extra Magic Hours, etc. If a water park day fits in here or there, we wait to make the decision to purchase tickets once we're sure the weather looks good. Purchasing tickets at the gate at either Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach has always been easy for us, so no worries with waiting to see, either.

Send more questions as you think of them, Eric. I'd love to help!
