My wife bought tickets online. How does she send tickets to family memebers?

Welcome to planDisney, Rick! Thanks so much for coming to us with your question today. Connecting to your family members in My Disney Experience is really easy and also really important if you want to book dining reservations, use Disney Genie+ Service together, or join a Virtual Queue, so I'm happy to walk you through how to do it.

First, you'll want to make sure that everyone is connected. Open up the My Disney Experience app and tap on the main menu in the bottom right corner of the screen. Scroll down and select "My Profile" and toggle to "Family & Friends List" at the top of the screen. From there, you'll be able to search for other party members and connect them to your My Disney Experience account so you can share planning duties and make plans for one another.

Once you're connected, go back to the main menu in the bottom right corner of the screen and tap on the "Tickets and Passes" tile. Here, you'll see all the tickets in your account, and you can scroll through them at the top of the screen. Underneath each ticket is the "Reassign Ticket" option, and you can tap on that to assign tickets to other members of your party. If the "Reassign Ticket" option is greyed out or you run into any other issues, just call the hotline for Existing Tickets, and a friendly Disney Cast Member will help you get sorted out.

I hope this answers your question, Rick, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
