Ahoy, Paul! It's great to welcome you back to planDisney and it's always a pleasure to assist another resident of the Keystone State!
How exciting that you'll be aboard the
Disney Fantasy this fall. My family and I will be setting sail on the Disney Dream in September and I'm already counting down the days! Now, Paul, one of my favorite things about Disney Cruise Line is that, based on personal preference and choices, you're able to customize your experience. This includes participation in
Pirate Night. You are not required to have any costumes or special attire for this evening. Walking around the ship you'll see some families who fully embrace their inner scallywag while others are in their day clothes and just enjoy the pirate-themed menu items at dinner. The choice is yours!
Now, speaking of dinner, let's talk about
rotational dining. While not guaranteed, you are welcome to request a private table. Cast Members do try to honor requests when possible, but keep in mind it depends on many factors. My best recommendation is that if a private table is your priority, let them know you're willing to dine at either time to accommodate that request. To note this on your reservation in advance, log into your Disney Cruise Line account and hover over the tab, "Already Booked," until you see "My Reservations." From this page, you'll see a tile titled, "Special Requests." When you click on that tile, you'll see an option that says, "Table Requests." I also encourage you to stop by the
Guest Services Desk to discuss this in person as soon as you board the ship.
I'll be wishing on a star that your cruise truly is like a Fantasy, Paul! If you have any additional questions, please come on back to planDisney.
