    Hello, My wife and I booked our disney trip yesterday january 8, 2012 and put a deposit down. We just received an email with our invoice and it says the whole payment is due january 8, 2012. I thought you have until 45 days to have the trip paid in full?

    Hi, Mark,

    I am starting with the assumption that you booked directly through  If you did not, contact your travel agent or travel company directly.

    If you booked through directly through Disney, here are the rules:

    ROOM ONLY reservations require a one night deposit, with the balance due upon arrival.  

    PACKAGE reservations (including room/tickets/dining) require a $200 deposit and the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. 

    If you booked a package and are more than 45 days out, as long as you have your deposit paid, you are all set.   Make a note to pay your balance (this can be done online) when you hit your 45 day window.   If you feel unsure about your reservation, call (407)W-DISNEY and a reservationist will go over your entire package with you.  Have your confirmation number handy when you call.
