Occasionally I have returned from a vacation at Walt Disney World regretting not having purchased a special something I came across during my travels. Fortunately Disney makes it easy to shop remotely from the comfort of home, taking great care to retrieve, package and ship those items to us.
Walt Disney World Merchandise Guest Services is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern and can be reached by phone at (877) 560-6477 or by email at Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com.
Most of the items at
Art of Disney at Disney Springs will be considered "Gallery" items. Therefore, when calling (877) 560-6477, you will want to press option "2" and a helpful Cast Member will be able to assist you in tracking down whichever items you were interested in purchasing from Art of Disney. The more specific you can be when describing the item the better.
If any of the items you are interested in purchasing qualify for the
Disney Vacation Club merchandise discount (which is currently a fantastic 20% off as part of the
Membership Magic Ever After celebrations this yEAR), the Merchandise Guest Services Cast Members will apply it to your purchase. However, do be aware that a number of items offered at Art of Disney will not qualify for the DVC merchandise discount, including any original art or items from the Artist Sketch Program. Please note as well that shipping fees will apply.
