Hi Kathryn, and welcome to planDisney! The 60-day mark is super exciting, because it means that your magical vacation is just a few more weeks away. So I’d be happy to help troubleshoot so you can secure all the dining reservations you want for your upcoming visit!
As you know,
Disney resort hotel guests can
book dining reservations up to 60 days before check-in for their entire stay (up to a 10-night stay). This makes it easier to snag popular reservations, like my favorite character meal, breakfast at
Topolino’s Terrace!
If you’re able to book dining reservations 60 days out, but not for the subsequent days, your resort hotel reservation may not be linked to the
MyDisney account you’re using to book dining. To check, go to your
My Plans page where you should see your resort hotel reservation with your profile under Guests. If it’s missing, you can link your reservation by hovering over the Resort Hotel circle icon and clicking “Link a Reservation.” Here you can input your confirmation number and the primary last name on the reservation.
On the other hand, if you’re seeing limited availability only for specific restaurants, it’s possible that there aren’t any reservations available on the days you’re looking to book. If you’re still not sure what’s going on, I’d recommend
calling Disney World, and a Cast Member can look at your specific case and see what’s going on.
I know that I already mentioned Topolino’s Terrace, but if you’re still trying to decide which character meals to choose, some of my other favorites include
1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian Resort (it has such a great mix of characters from Aladdin to Cinderella!) and
Tusker House at Animal Kingdom (where you can meet Donald and friends in their explorer outfits!).
I hope you have a magical time at Disney World in November, filled with lots of delicious meals! And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome back at planDisney.
