Hi, there!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sharra. I'm so glad you stopped by with this great question!
As a mom of three, I understand the importance of having a stroller on hand when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. Adventure-filled days in the theme parks require a lot of walking and those little legs tire easily!
Recently,
Disney Parks made an announcement about new stroller restrictions. Beginning May 1, strollers must be 31" wide and 52" long, or smaller. The announcement included a
reminder that stroller wagons are not permitted.
The Walt Disney World Resort has always said that wagons, whether pushed or pulled, are not allowed in the theme parks. As of May 1, that rule will be strictly enforced. These enforcements are intended to improve the Guest experience for everyone in the theme parks by easing congestion and improving crowd flow.
Did you know that
strollers can be rented from the four theme parks and Disney Springs? This is a convenient option, but I always rely on my City Mini Double Stroller when my family vacations at the Walt Disney World Resort. This stroller is perfect for a day in the theme parks because the seats recline nearly flat and the canopies are extra long, giving my kiddos a comfortable and well-shaded place to nap. The City Mini Double Stroller also folds super quickly and easily, making it convenient to take on and off the Disney buses. These strollers fit within the new stroller requirements and can be rented from one of Disney's Featured Providers.
I hope this was helpful, Sharra!
