    Why am I unable to check in online for my cruise? I'm in the 30 day window

    Hello there, Deanne! Thank you for visiting planDisney with your Disney Cruise Line question. It's a pleasure to help fellow guests as they prepare to set sail with Captain Mickey. 

    I'm so sorry to hear that you are having trouble checking in online for your upcoming cruise. If you have paid your cruise fare in full and are within 30 days of your cruise departure date, it should be smooth sailing to check in online. Alternatively, you may try using the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to check-in for your cruise. After logging in to the app and selecting your reservation, scroll down to "My Online Check-In" and see if you have better luck. 

    If you are still unable to access the online check-in, the next step is to contact a friendly Guest Service agent to troubleshoot with you. If you see the "Live Chat" option available, I recommend utilizing it as a quick and easy way to get in touch. I hope that with a quick wave of a magic wand, you will be back on track and checking in in no time!
